S Grind Carbon Steel Chef Knife

This chef knife is forged out of 1084 high carbon steel. The handle is a hidden tang takedown construction with hickory wood and a blackened steel bolster. The blade has a unique dark forge finish and an s grind fuller for excellent food release when cutting.
